The Ballroom Feast - Simple, flavoursome and stunning, three fabulous course to get the taste buds jumping.

Mediterranean Magic - Take yourself on a culinary journey sampling the delights from Italy, Greece, Spain and Turkey.

Mystical Moroccan - Enjoy the foods which best reflect the spirit of North African flavors, selected spices and wonderful aromas.

The Orient Express - Modern techniques and classical flavours from Vietnam, China, Thailand and Malaysia.

With the use of cameras and large plasma screens, Chef Bart Beek demonstrates how to cook each course that will be consumed throughout the night. In between the cooking demonstrations there are fun giveaways and live music.
