Charles has been honoured for his strategic intellect and commercial endeavours most recently having been elected as National President of the National Speakers Association of Australia for 2004/2006. He was awarded the 'Golden Mike Award' by his Victorian Chapter of NSAA in December 2004 for his long-term contribution to the Chapter, and in 2001 he won the NSAA Speaker of the Year Award in Victoria.
